Commercial Trader including craft stalls
(non-food)

£60 for a 3m frontage pitch.  Pitches will be laid out at 4m intervals, but for safety reasons we require a 1m gap to be kept free between each stall. 
We strongly advise stall holders to bring 3m x 3m gazebos and weights to secure them.  Please indicate if you require multiple pitches adjacent to one another. 

Stalls selling food for consumption on the day are by agreement only.  The charge is subject to negotiation.  Please email us to discuss availability and pricing.

If raising money for your own charity:
£30 for a 3m frontage pitch.  All proceeds can be retained for your chosen charity.

If raising money for the Festival's chosen charity:
No charge for pitch, but ALL net proceeds must be donated to our charity. e.g. Book stall, plant stall etc.

For commercial organisations, as Commercial Trader above (i.e. £60).

For non-profit making organisations there may a discount.  The charge is at the discretion of the Festival Organisers.  Please contact us to discuss.

Any give-aways are to be funded by stall holder.

No Commercial advertising unless agreed in advance (there may be a charge)
